Money was not returned
- - Funds were deducted despite pending deposits and a $5 charge appeared next day.

They stole money out of my account. It was like I made a deposit, but didn't.
I had made deposits of the same amounts though. I was in the negative after the pending transactions. Then they come along and charge my card for an amount for the next day. On June 25 2026 my card was charged 5$ for June 26 2026.
I didn't make that deposit because I was in the negative and couldn't. They changed my card After the pending transactions and put me more in the negative. I have emailed them for a Manager or Supervisor to call me, they have not. They are asking for my bank statement like I'm just going to show them my Whole Statement and not just the part what they stole from me.
I was willing to show some of it but the June statement isn't out yet and I have let them know that.
I sent them the transaction where they stole from me a screenshot in PDF form like they asked. Now they need the whole statement...I will not..

Wasn’t paid for winning bets
- - Bets on a player to win the East finals were not paid after the Knicks won, and the bettor also has bets on the Knicks to win the title.
I placed numerous bets on the [PERSON_NAME] to win the Eastern Conference finals throughout their season (all with various odds). Then, when the Knicks won and I checked my account, I was not paid.
Look at my account now. I have multiple bets on the Knicks to win the championship. Something stinks here and I'm prepared to do whatever it takes to get restitution.
How many people has this happened to? Very fishy.
